Connecting to Eduroam (MacOS)
Before continuing with the documentation, please make sure that your StarID and password are both active. If it is either inactive or you are not sure if it is active, please reset your password by following the
Password Reset article. If your password and StarID active, please proceed with the documentation.
1. Click on the wifi icon in the top right of your screen.
2. Select "eduroam" if it appears. If it does not, click on other networks before clicking on "eduroam".
3. You will be prompted to type your login credential. This is the same credential as your student email login. If you are not sure, please review the
Student Email Login article.
4. Once you have your credentials typed in, click "ok" to continue.
5. The next part is important. Please make sure you click "continue" when asking if you agree with the certificate.
If it prompts you to type in a username and password after the certificate portion, this would be your personal computer username and password. Other than that, congratulations! You are now connected to eduroam. The wifi should not prompt you to re-enter your password unless you changed your password recently.
