How do I know if I’m eligible to charge books against my Financial Aid?

You may charge the cost of your books prior to financial aid being disbursed if you meet all the following criteria:

  1. You are registered for current term classes.
  2. If your aid is not set up yet you can still order your textbooks with the $300 charging amount that is available to all students. Any charges made against the bookstore open charge amount becomes the student responsibility once classes start. All registered students are eligible to charge at least $300 for required books and supplies on the Saint Paul College Bookstore Website. Students receiving financial aid greater than the cost of their classes may be eligible to charge more than $300.
  3. You can also check your eligible amount through the Virtual Bookstore ordering process before placing your order.
