I have a parking charge on my account and I only have online classes, can I have it removed?

I have a parking charge on my account and I only have online classes, can I have it removed?

The fees titled as parking also cover services to students such as public safety and maintenance to the facility.  All students are welcome to come use the resources on campus so the fee is charged to all students at a per credit rate.
