I’m expecting a refund when should I get it?
Financial aid is normally applied to student accounts on Wednesdays. For new students Financial Aid will normally not be applied to accounts until the third Wednesday after the start of the term. However, new students may have their loans split and, if expecting a refund, may not receive those funds until after in the term. If you did not receive a refund and were expecting one check to see that your financial aid was completed. You may also contact the financial aid office at 651-846-1386.
Students who chose to have their funds go to a BankMobile account or Card will normally see their funds post to their account within the same business day. For those students who chose to have their funds go to an external account the funds may not post for two business days.
