Printing to PDF From Microsoft Word(MacOS)
This documentation is to provide step by step instructions on how you can print to PDF.
1. Click on "File" in the top left of your Macbook screen.
2. Click on "print" at the bottom of the drop down.
3. At the bottom left of the printing setting, click on "PDF" to open a drop down.
4. In the drop down menu, click on "Save as PDF".
5. In the Save As field, create a name for the file.
6. You can skip to step 7 if you do not want to follow this step. This is an optional step: You can change the location of where you want the file to be saved by clicking on the drop down in the Where field.
6a. From the drop down menu, click on a location you want to save the file.
7. Once you have named for the document and a location selected, click on "Save".
Congratulation! You have successfully print your document as a PDF. You can find your document in the location where you saved it if you have selected a different location.
