Why can't I access my course in D2L Brightspace?

Access to a course in D2L Brightspace depends on several factors.

If a course is not visible when you login to Brightspace:
  1. Login to eServices to confirm that you are registered for the course.
  2. Check the start date for the course.
  3. If you just registered for a course, it could take up to 15 minutes for the course to show up for you in D2L Brightspace.
If a course is visible, but the course link is not active:
  1. Check the start date for the course; it should be displayed in Brightspace below the course name. Courses are not accessible until the start date.
