Why can't I access my course in D2L Brightspace?

Why can't I access my course in D2L Brightspace?

Access to a course in D2L Brightspace depends on several factors.

If a course is not visible when you login to Brightspace:
  1. Login to eServices to confirm that you are registered for the course.
  2. Check the start date for the course. Enrolled students are not added to Brightspace until 55 days prior to the start of the course.
  3. If you just registered for a course, it can take up to 24 hours for the course to show up for you in D2L Brightspace.
If a course is visible, but the course link is not active:
  1. Check the start date for the course; it should be displayed in Brightspace below the course name. Courses are not accessible until the start date.
