Please allow at least 2 business days to process your request. Longer turnaround times may necessary during peak request times, such as the start/end of semesters, and for larger jobs. For larger printing jobs, consider creating a Course Packet that students can purchase through the Campus Store. If you have a small or urgent request, please utilize Follow Me Print. Remember, It is your responsibility to ensure that copyright laws are not violated.

For Toner:

Did you know our Copy/Printer Machines automatically talk to Marco, the vendor that supplies the toner? You will now find replacement toner at the Copier! When the machine indicates toner is out please follow the instructions on the machine.
To recycle used toner there are a few options:
  1. Drop off used toner to the lower level with electrical recycling
  2. Drop off in the Copy Center in the Toner Recycling Box
  3. Request a return label from Marco to ship your toner to be recycled
In case of trouble, please submit an IT ticket.

For Paper:

Did you know the college charges cost centers based on paper being printed on? As long as your copy machine is part of our Marco Fleet, there is no need to request paper. If you have a machine that is offline please visit the Campus Store to purchase paper for your department with your cost center. So if you need additional paper please visit the Copy Center in room 1245 to pick up a ream or two. The large machines receive deliveries weekly, if you run out before your weekly delivery please visit the Copy Center in room 1245.
